I have a Surface Pro that was running Win 8.1 and installed Win 10 in about one half hour with no problems for the past week. I like it. I also have a Laptop that ran Win 7 Home edition that I installed Win 10. It took one hour and a half and had nothing but trouble. The screen would not come on but the system was running and running very very hot. When the screen did come on there was a message that the video card driver was not working and did have a yellow! on it. After spending almost 5 hours with a tech and trying to correct the video card problem it worked until a re boot and the same message. The next tec told me to reinstall Windows 7 and contact them again. at that point I had it and with my laptop getting real hot I got rid of Win 10 and now back to Win 7 with no problems. I would like to have Win 10 on my laptop but the wait time with getting help by phone and the possible burn up of my system I don't want to chance it. Can you please give me some help.
